Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off Period)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive physical possession of the Product.
Note: Narwal extends this return period to 30 days as a voluntary commercial guarantee, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Policy
You may return any Product in good condition within 30 days from the date you receive it.
Please note that returns for personal reasons or non-quality issues (withdrawal) are not eligible for free return shipping. Customers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs in such cases, unless otherwise specified in local promotional campaigns.
However, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Narwal:

All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories and user manuals included. You are only liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.

Products can be returned only in the European Union / European Economic Area country in which they were originally delivered.

Only items that have been purchased directly from this website or Narwal's official self-operated stores can be returned to Narwal. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies.

How To Return a Product

Please contact us at support.eu@global.narwal.com (or via our Support Center) to receive return instructions and RMA code.

Pack the Product securely in the original package, if possible.

Enclose the proof of purchase (order number, invoice, product serial number, and billing name).

For returns due to personal reasons or non-quality issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect products confirmed by Narwal, Narwal will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return logistics costs.

Unauthorized or Cash on Delivery (COD) returns will be rejected.

For your protection, we recommend that you use DHL, DPD, or UPS for your return.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse until the return and refund are fully processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.
If approved under the statutory right of withdrawal or our 30-day policy, your refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction. In accordance with EU regulations, eligible refunds (including standard initial delivery fees paid, if applicable) will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive the returned Product or proof of return shipment from you.
